Ravenala madagascariensis - Travellers tree

So I spent my Sunday evening in Central Park of Desa Park City, one of the finest township in Kuala Lumpur for a walk and had a viewful of beautiful landscape plants.
The logo of Desa Park City.

As shown in the logo, it is actually a Travellers tree.

Why 'Travellers'?
Because rainwater is stored in the bases of the leaf stalks,
which the thirsty travellers can tap with a sharp knife.

Grow in full sun, propagate by separation of plantlets.
